The Great Mural

André Cornellier’s The Great Mural presents a contemporary fresco of Montréal that embraces scenes from daily life over the course of a year. We see the four seasons, chronicled from day to night.
This captivating mural attests to the city’s evolution as well as to the metamorphosis of artistic representations throughout history.

Consisting of 1,300 photographs, The Great Mural is 15 feet by 70 feet.
